Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Only Exchange, No Refund Policy – Dastkar

At Dastkar, we offer an exchange-only policy – no refunds or returns. Please review the key terms:

  • Request an Exchange within 72 hours of delivery by emailing dastkarprints@gmail.com with your order number, name, contact information, and the required size.

  • Size issues? We'll exchange it once the original item passes our quality check.

  • Want a different product? We'll issue store credit (valid for 3 months) – COD/shipping not included.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.

  • Only one exchange is allowed per order.

  • For damaged or incorrect items, notify us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund (if the item is unavailable).

  • Colour variation (10–20%) due to screen settings is not eligible for exchange.

  • Customised items are not eligible for exchange or return.
