At Dastkar, we offer an exchange-only policy – no refunds or returns. Please review the key terms:

Request an Exchange within 72 hours of delivery by emailing dastkarprints@gmail.com with your order number, name, contact information, and the required size.

Size issues? We'll exchange it once the original item passes our quality check.

Want a different product? We'll issue store credit (valid for 3 months) – COD/shipping not included.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.

Only one exchange is allowed per order.

For damaged or incorrect items, notify us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund (if the item is unavailable).

Colour variation (10–20%) due to screen settings is not eligible for exchange.

Customised items are not eligible for exchange or return.
