Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only where it's genuinely needed to run our business and serve you:

• Our courier and logistics partners, so they can deliver your order to you.
• Our payment gateway, to process your payment securely. We do not store your card, UPI, or net banking details on our own servers, this is handled entirely by our PCI-compliant payment processor.

• Government authorities or law enforcement, only where we're legally required to, or to protect our rights, our customers, or the public.

Some of these partners may process or store data on servers located outside India. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information continues to be handled securely and in line with this policy.

How long we keep your information

We keep your order and account information for as long as needed to fulfil your order, meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and resolve any disputes. Once this is no longer necessary, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymise it.

Your rights over your data

• Correct any information that is inaccurate or incomplete
• Withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time
